Entering from 17th Street and Parking on P1 (1st (Top) Level)
If you enter the parking deck from the right lane, take an immediate right turn past the ticket dispensers. There are ten (10) two hour reserved visitor spots immediately on the right.
If you enter the parking deck from the left lane, proceed straight ahead past the ticket dispensers. There are ten (10) two hour reserved visitor spots on the left as you bear to the right.
If no reserved visitor spots are available in the areas above, continue past the blue parking deck elevator lobby and make a left hand turn at the end of the lane. Take your first or second right and follow the parking lanes (with the large open space of a future building on your right). Any open space in this area without a sign overhead is available for visitor parking
Entering from 17th Street and Parking on P2 (2nd (Middle) Level)
Enter the parking deck and take an immediate right and travel past the blue parking deck elevator lobby. Take a left at the end of the lane, and take the second left at the Exit Down to P-2 overhead sign. Proceed to the end of the lane where a quick right hand u-turn will take you down the ramp to the Second Level, P2. Either:
1) On this level take the first right, and then another immediate right. You are now in an area of two hour reserved visitor parking with ten (10) spaces on the right and ten (10) spaces on the left, or,
2) Continue straight down the ramp instead of making the turn at the bottom, and follow the parking lanes (with the large open space of a future building on your right). Any open space in this area without a sign overhead is available for visitor parking.
Entering from Fowler Street via 16th Street and Parking on P3 (3rd (Lowest) Level)
Entering the parking deck from Fowler Street via 16th Street (underneath the 17th Street Bridge), continue straight past the attendant booth. There are no reserved visitor parking spaces on this level, but there are unreserved visitor spaces. The lane you are traveling in and the one parallel to it to the left are all unreserved spaces. Park in any space in this area without a sign overhead.
Entering the Building
Once you have parked, use the parking deck elevators to access the lobby. These elevator banks are marked by large elevator lobby signs against blue brick walls. Take the elevator to the Lobby Level of the building and the low rise elevator bank (floors 2-8) will be the first elevator bank on your left and the high rise elevator bank (floors 9-22) will be the second elevator bank on your left.
Exit Instructions All Levels
The main exit is on the lowest Parking Level P3 (Level P1 is entry only).
If parking on P3, you will exit via the attendant booth area where you entered. If you entered and parked on P1 or P2 you will need to access the connecting ramp down to the P3 exit. The main ramp is located approximately 30 feet southeast of the blue parking deck elevator lobby (see attached map). Follow this ramp down the levels by continuing to make right turns where you will locate an overhead Exit sign with an arrow pointing in the direction of the main P3 exit. A parking attendant at this location will assist you when exiting the parking deck.
