Paris Bistro:
This cafe is located on the lobby level and is open Monday - Friday. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Catering to tenant spaces is also available. The coffee and sundries shop is open until 6:00 p.m. Their phone number is 404.347.0506.

171 Conference Center:
The conference center is located adjacent to the main lobby. The facility seats up to 36 classroom style and 50 auditorium style. It is equipped to accommodate catering needs with a refrigerator and ice maker. The Conference Center is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There may be a $50.00 cleanup charge for each meeting if necessary. Reservations for use of the center can be made through the Property Management Office at 404-602-4100 or 171tenantrequest@carterusa.com. Scheduling is on a first-come, first serve basis at no charge to the tenant.

Auto Detailing:
An automobile detailing service (Smart Wash Auto Detail) is available for tenants, their guests and the general public. It is located on parking level P-1, at the South end of Market Street. Schedule an appointment at www.smartwashusa.com or 678.300.9593.

Concierge:
171 17th Street utilizes the Consierge Services of Atlanta.

Dry Cleaning :
171 offers pick up and delivery dry cleaning service, please use the link above to access more detailed information.

Discounts:
You can now buy discount movie tickets from the Carter Management office! The $6.50 Regal Cinema/United Artists theater tickets and $6.50 AMC theater tickets can be redeemed for any movie at any time, outside of the first 12 days of a new release. Please see Rizwana in Suite 100 to purchase the tickets. We are only able to accept cash.

Also, please sign up for the A-Plus card and receive various discounts within participating retailers and restaurants within Atlantic Station.

Banking:
Wells Fargo branch located in the lobby of the 171 building. Outside of the 171 Building within Atlantic Station or nearby: BB&T, Bank of America, SunTrust, Wells Fargo.

Wi-Fi:
The 171 building now offers Wi-Fi capabilities throughout the building.
